When you purchase a product from us, or have your bicycled serviced with us we may collect your name, address, mobile telephone number and email address. We also may record the details of what you have purchased. These details will never be sold or shared with any third party organisation, unless we are legally required to do so. The purpose of collecting this information is as follows:
- Purchase history – to make repeat and related purchases easier, for repatriating recovered stolen bikes (via the recorded frame number), for contact in the rare event of a product recall, for insurance claim purposes in case of accident or theft.
- Mobile telephone number/email – for reminding you of your service appointment and then advising when your bike is ready for collection.
- Name and address – for contacting you for the purposes of repatriating recovered stolen bikes (via the recorded frame number), for contact in the rare event of a product recall, for insurance claim purposes in case of accident or theft (proof of ownership).
- For our legally required obligations to HMRC, and other relevant authorities

CCTV
Our shop is monitored by CCTV inside and out in order to ensure the safety and security of customers and staff. CCTV footage storage is limited to the overwriting cycle of the recording apparatus and is not stored indefinitely.
